To the Tape was born from our thick friendship, evolving passions, similar capabilities, and uncannily complementary sensibilities – the camaraderie of Siddhartha Oswal and Piyush Pinjani.”
Piyush Pinjani
Piyush Pinjani has familial roots in contracting, and an impressive record of overseeing over 400,000 sq. ft. of construction. His interactions with leading contractors as well as developers has helped him acquire extensive knowledge in construction, interior finishing and structural engineering. He harnesses his seamless people’s skills to deal with situations with a calm head and patient approach. At To The Tape, Piyush oversees the project planning, budgeting, core execution, and procurement side of the business.
Piyush earned a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University. With over six years in core construction and interior execution, Piyush runs projects like clock-work: his resource and labour management skills are strengthened with an unwavering attention to processes on site.

Siddhartha Oswal
Siddhartha Oswal hails from a family engaged in the Real Estate business. Armed with qualification as well as work experience with leading developers, his passion for architecture, space planning and design manifest in his unique eye for detail. Siddhartha’s strength lies in interpreting the client’s vision and needs, and negotiating with partners and contractors effectively. At To The Tape, Siddhartha manages business development, design reviews, finance and overlooks the entire project cycle.
Siddhartha graduated from Pune University and has worked with developers like Panchshil Realty and Kolte-Patil. With over seven years of experience in Real Estate, he plays a pivotal role in not only client experience, vendor negotiations and the overall front-end business of To The Tape, but also ideating the future of the company.
